Sorì brings dairy excellence to UK at European Pizza show

Sorì is back in the spotlight on the international stage of the European Pizza Show. After its participation in Anuga 2025, the Cologne trade fair among the main ones in the food & beverage sector, which opened the fall season last October, the Teano-based company flies to London for one of the most anticipated events in Europe dedicated to the world of pizza. On November 26 and 27, Sorì will continue to tell its vision of the art of cheese-making in front of a highly qualified audience, through a selection of products that best represent the company's production philosophy.

Taking center stage will be "Bella," the buffalo mozzarella from Campania that is perfect for pizza and has already won over pizza chefs and industry professionals around the world with its extraordinary baking performance, thanks to its unique reduced moisture characteristics. A popularity that has also spread to the domestic level, thanks to the consumer version, designed to achieve professional results even at home. That of the European Pizza Show represents a collaboration that renews a path already rewarded last year with the "Best ingredients" award given to Fior di latte a lenta maturazione, further evidence of the distinctive quality of Sorì production in the eyes of industry professionals.

Kicking off the dialogue between dairy excellence and white art will be master pizza chef Ciro Salvo, who will enhance the Sorì line with creations of the highest level, highlighting the company's ability to combine artisanal tradition and contemporary vision, responding precisely to the needs of professionals. In fact, the London appointment represents a strategic step to make the Teano-based company's dairy production even more global, strengthening its presence on one of the most influential international markets and, on the other hand, consolidating the valuable link with the world of pizza.
