Quality and respect in animal husbandry
Buffalo Milk – Our buffalo milk comes exclusively from carefully selected farms in the PDO area. We pay extreme attention to animal welfare, constantly monitoring conditions through periodic activities and quality control. We ensure that the buffalo are treated with care and respect at every stage of their lives, are fed a healthy diet, and have ample space to move freely.
Cow ‘s Milk – We use high-quality cow’s milk, purchased from selected suppliers who meet high animal welfare standards. Cows are raised in spacious environments and receive a balanced diet, ensuring excellent raw materials for our dairy products.

In the heart of the PDO area, at the foot of the Roccamonfina Regional Park, we take advantage of pure water from the volcano’s slopes. This microbiologically pure water is essential for the production of our dairy products. We use the water not only to produce and cool, but also to firm and package our products.
