Sorì brings dairy excellence to TuttoPizza 2025 in Naples, including master classes, meetings and a dream team of pizza makers
From May 19 to 21, inside Hall 6 - Box 612 at the Mostra d'Oltremare, Sorì turns the spotlight on the art of dairy from Campania with three days of experimentation and dialogue between tradition and innovation.
After its participation in Tuttofood Milan, Sorì - a historic dairy company owned by the Sorrentino family and based in Teano - returns to Naples, the city that symbolizes the pizza-making tradition, to take part in TuttoPizza 2025, the reference trade fair for the Ho.Re.Ca. sector and for white art operators. On this occasion, the Campania-based company will be joined by a real dream team of pizza chefs, engaged in tastings, live preparations and moments of discussion with the public and industry professionals.
Enriching Sorì's presence at the fair is a program of thematic masterclasses that will be held in one of the event's official spaces. Three appointments - one per day - dedicated to the dialogue between artisan school and new visions of pizza, with pizzaioli selected for each session.
It starts on Monday, May 19 with Artisan Pizza, a tribute to slow gestures, manual skills and traditional knowledge. Tuesday 20 will be space for Contemporary Pizza, among innovative doughs, aesthetic research and new languages of taste. To conclude, Wednesday 21 will be the time for Regional Pizza, a journey between creativity and unusual combinations that reinterpret in a personal key the typical features of the Campania region.
At the Sorì stand, visitors will be able to watch the preparation of pizzas made with the company's excellent ingredients: from “Bella” buffalo mozzarella di bufala campana DOP, designed to ensure a dry and well-balanced pizza, to slow-maturing fior di latte, passing through slow-maturing smoked provola and ricotta di bufala campana DOP. An opportunity to discover how these ingredients best enhance the work of pizza professionals.
