Sorì supports The Best Pizza Awards with great pizza performers
On September 30th, the Spazio Antologico at East End Studios in Milan will transform into a temple of pizza, hosting the fourth edition of The Best Pizza Awards. This event celebrates the ancient soul of a dish emblematic of Italian culture, capable of telling millennia-old stories with every bite.
Sorì, a Campanian dairy company known for its production of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, Slow-Matured Fior di Latte, and other excellent dairy products, is among the supporters of this important event. Based at the foot of the Roccamonfina Regional Park, Sorì represents a perfect blend of tradition, territory, and quality. The decision to support The Best Pizza Awards stems from a shared desire to highlight pizza as an emblem of Italian gastronomic culture and to promote local producers who keep the most authentic culinary traditions alive.
Starting at 4 PM, a series of workshops within the East End Studios will feature master pizzaiolos transforming quality ingredients into works of art. For Sorì, Giovanni Senese from Pizzeria Senese (Sanremo) will be present, showcasing his evolving interpretation of Neapolitan pizza; Giacomo Garau from Olio e Basilico (Calvi Risorta, Caserta) will present contemporary pizza; and Antonio Visentin and Gianmarco Ambrifi from Pizzeria della Passeggiata (Priverno, Rome) will demonstrate pizza in teglia (pan pizza).
"At the Milanese event of The Best Pizza Awards, a selection of talented pizzaiolos will be present, having created evocative recipes demonstrating their skill and innovative spirit," declare Antonello and Gaetano Sorrentino, CEO and Co-Owner of Sorì, respectively. "We are thrilled to collaborate with these extraordinary pizzaiolos, who know how to enhance our products with mastery, respecting the original taste of Italian tradition." The day will conclude with a Pizza Party Dinner, where the pizzaiolos will offer a selection of pizzas, highlighting the importance of excellent raw materials and a craftsmanship rooted in history. A meeting of tradition and flavors that confirms pizza as one of the most beloved dishes in the world.
