From the Apennines of Campania to Cologne: Sorì and Franco Pepe protagonists at the international fair Anuga

From the Campania Apennines to Cologne to participate in Anuga, the world’s leading trade fair for the food and beverage industry, scheduled for Oct. 7-11.
To the more than 200,000 visitors expected for the 2023 edition, Sorì, a leading dairy company, will present and bring a wide range of buffalo and cow’s milk products for tasting.
Antonello and Gaetano Sorrentino, CEO and co-owner of the Campania-based company, respectively, will have Franco Pepe, patron of Pepe in Grani, by their side.
Just a few days ago, the famous pizza artisan from Caiazzo was confirmed “World’s Best Pizza Chef” for the third consecutive year during The Best Pizza Chef 2023, a spin-off of The Best Pizza Award.
On the occasion of the oldest food fair, home to side events, cooking and special shows, Franco Pepe will offer a special tasting of his pizzas, designed specifically for the guests of the event.
The number one on the international pizza scene makes no anticipations but gives an appointment for the afternoon of October 9 and the morning of the 10th, at Koelnmesse, at Sorì’s booth: H033 Hall 10.1.
