Sorì arrives at Anuga 2025
Sorì's calendar of international events continues: after the final international stop at the Pizza Expo in Las Vegas, the company kicks off the autumn season with its presence at Anuga 2025.
From Saturday, October 4th to Wednesday, October 8th, Sorì will have its own space at one of Europe's leading food and beverage fairs: this will be an opportunity to continue the company's ongoing internationalization efforts, with its products currently available in 67 countries worldwide.

During the fair, Sorì will present its entire product range with a special focus on Bella, a buffalo milk mozzarella from Campania PDO that is ideal for pizza and is already appreciated by industry professionals for its cooking performance. On this very occasion it will be joined by a novelty: Bella retail, the 180 g buffalo milk mozzarella in a water-packed bun, designed specifically for home consumption. A practical format that retains the same qualities and functionality appreciated by pizza makers, allowing consumers to enjoy a close to professional experience at home.
Created as a solution to the problem of "wet pizza," thanks to the reduced moisture content that minimizes the release of liquid during baking, Bella is a perfect example of how the Campania tradition can evolve in an innovative way, winning over both professionals and lovers of homemade pizza.
