Sorì at Tuttofood 2025 to introduce Bella, the dop buffalo mozzarella di bufala campana perfect for pizza, to the general public
From Monday, May 5 to Thursday, May 8 at the Milan World Food Exhibition: Teano dairy company joins a dream team of master pizza makers to bring dairy excellence and the art of pizza to Milan.
The calendar of events of the Sorì dairy company, a reality of excellence since 1868 in the heart of the Caserta area, continues, and after participating in Identità Milano 2025, it returns to the Milanese capital to take part in Tuttofood. The Sorrentino family company will have an exceptional space with its own booth inside the fair, among the most important in the country for the entire agri-food sector. On this prestigious stage Bella, the Campania buffalo mozzarella DOP perfect for pizza, will make its debut in front of the general public. This is Sorì's new entry project, in collaboration with Ciro Salvo, created as a solution to the problem of "wet pizza" to enhance the true Campanian tradition and at the same time guarantee a quality pizza, both in flavor and texture.
“We are happy to present Bella for the first time to the general public of operators and enthusiasts,” emphasize Antonello and Gaetano Sorrentino, at the helm of Sorì, “and for this important christening we have chosen Tuttofood, one of the most central hubs for the food service world. A project that marks an important chapter for our company because it represents the synthesis between our tradition and the continuous search for excellence.”
Bella will in fact be the star of the four days that will see the great names of the Sorì team's white art parade from most of Italy. Opening the dances of the rich program of meetings will be Federico Visinoni of Fermento (Aprilia-Rome), Antonio Vicentin and Giammarco Ambrifi of Pizzeria Della Passeggiata (Priverno-Latina) and Giacomo Garau of Olio&Basilico (Calvi Risorta-Vitulazio and the new Naples location), who will be present during the day on Monday 5. Then it will be the turn, on Tuesday 6, of Ciro Salvo of 50 Kalò (Naples, Rome and London), Pierluigi Police of O' Scugnizzo (Arezzo) and Vincenzo Abbate of Pizzeria Vincenzo Abbate (Aversa-Caserta). While the day of Wednesday 7 will see appointments with Fabio Cristiano of Antica pizzeria da Gennaro (Naples) and Cosimo Chiodi of Pizzeria del Corso (Caserta): these are the 9 pizzaioli who will be part of the Sorì-branded Dream Team, together to enhance the company's dairy excellence and represent the best of the art of pizza at Tuttofood 2025.
