Sorì at TUTTOPIZZA in Naples

From Monday, May 20 to Wednesday, May 22, during the 7th edition of “Tutto Pizza,” Sorì will be present at the Mostra d'Oltremare in Naples.

The International Pizza Show will host the historic dairy company, offering the chance to taste a wide selection of products: from Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP to Fior di Latte Appennino Campano “Lenta Maturazione,” from Ricotta di Bufala Campana to Burrata di Bufala Campana, including Lactose-free Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP.

Those who would like to compare themselves with master pizza makers of the caliber of: Vincenzo Abbate, Giammarco Ambrifi, Mario Boccino, Cosimo Chiodi, Marco Coppola, Christian Fiore, Giacomo Garau, Daniele Grella, Luca Mastracci, Simone Vesi, Antonio Visentin, and Federico Visinoni, need do no more than go to the Sorì corner at Booth 612 in Hall 6.

As well as Masterclasses in collaboration with Sorì in which Giacomo Garau, Federico Visinoni, Antonio Visentin, Giammarco Ambrifi, and Marco Coppola will reveal the secrets of their art.
