Sorì is crossing the ocean and preparing to conquer the U.S. public. The Teano-based dairy company is returning to the International Pizza Expo, the Las Vegas trade show that, for more than four decades, has been the destination of choice for pizza professionals from around the world. Pizza is increasingly the center of attention, thanks to staggering numbers that speak of worldwide sales of around $160 billion, more than $45 billion of which are in the States alone, leading in per capita consumption.

After the great success of its recent participation in Identità Milano 2025, which saw Sorì in dialogue with a team of great pizza chefs from Italy and around the world, the Sorrentino family company returns to the Las Vegas Convention Center with its own booth (West Hall - Booth 2269) from March 25 to 27. A prestigious theater dedicated to the best of the art of pizza that will see the company's products at the center of the creations of Franco Pepe, a great guest of the booth. In addition, Sorì products will win a front-row seat at all AVPN schools, the Verace Pizza Napoletana Association, which has been protecting and enhancing the excellence of pizza for more than 40 years with more than 1,100 pizzerias around the world.

"Our participation in the International Pizza Expo confirms the growing interest in our products overseas as well," explains Antonello Sorrentino, at the helm of Sorì. "The United States represents both a challenge and a great opportunity that we intend to seize in the best possible way. We want to publicize the authenticity of Sorì's products, telling the story of our territory and family tradition to a demanding audience like the U.S. one, able to appreciate the history and quality of our products, enhanced to the fullest by the mastery and combinations made by Franco Pepe."

In fact, the master pizza maker from Caiazzo will be one of the special guests at the event, along with other big names in the white art such as Tony Gemignani, Mike Bausch, Michael Androw, David Scott Peters, Laura Meyer and Leah Scurto. A parterre of great guests who will talk about all aspects of pizza, from fermentation to toppings, menu development to business strategies and innovation in the industry. All for a program of more than 60 appointments including seminars, workshops, cooking classes and in-depth discussions, which will feature successful pizza chefs, managers and entrepreneurs from the pizza world. This participation represents a further step in consolidating the positioning of the Sorì name in the U.S. and internationally, carrying on a tradition of excellence that has lasted more than 150 years.
