Campania-based dairy company Sorì will be in Rimini, Italy, Jan. 18-22, at the 46th edition of Sigep World, the international benchmark Foodservice event, which will feature as many as 160 countries and more than 1,200 exhibitors.
The Sorì-branded booth, number 063 in Hall B8, will feature some of the most prestigious names in the pizza world: Ciro Salvo of 50 Kalò; Giacomo Garau of Olio&Basilico; Giammarco Ambrifi and Antonio Visentin of Pizzeria della Passeggiata; Luigi Santagata and Marco Pece of Vino e Biga; Giovanni Senese of Pizzeria Senese; Antonio Sorbillo of Pizzeria Antonio Sorbillo; Federico Visinoni of Fermento - Pizza & Bolle; Marco Coppola of Coppola's Bakery; and Vincenzo Abbate of Pizzeria Vincenzo Abbate.
All of them are professionals who work in synergy with the Sorì family in selecting and choosing the most suitable dairy products for different processes, different combinations and the creation of new pizzas. Thus, on the occasion of Sigep, each of them will offer guests and visitors pizzas made with products selected from the wide range signed Sorì.
In particular, the quality and yield of products such as Fior di Latte a Lenta Maturazione, Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP will be emphasized.
It will also be an opportunity to present "Bella," Sorì's latest innovation, the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP created in collaboration with Master Pizzaiolo Ciro Salvo and designed specifically for pizza.
