Sorì Italia flies to Las Vegas – for the first time at Pizza Expo
For the first time at Pizza Expo Las Vegas, Sorì Italia will be among the more than 350 exhibitors expected between March 19th and 21st, for the 40th edition of the world's largest pizza industry event.
At stand 1571 of the Las Vegas Convention Center, Sorì Italia, a historic Italian dairy company founded in 1868 and led by the fifth generation of the Sorrentino family, will showcase some of its flagship products, combining ancient traditions with the most modern production techniques. These products include: Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, Burrata di Bufala, Smoked Provola, and Fior di Latte.
The latter, in particular, will be presented in its "cru" version: the Fior di Latte Appennino Campano, used by renowned Italian master pizzaiolos who especially appreciate its organoleptic qualities and meltability after cooking.
